Legal Expenses Cover for Static Caravan Owners

The legal expenses policy is additional insurance that you can purchase annually alongside your park home insurance.  The policy is designed to protect you against the costs of being sued, or of making a claim against someone.  The legal expenses policy does not provide cover where something you do or fail to do prejudices your position or the position of the Insurer in connection with the Legal Action. Costs to pursue a legal action for financial compensation for damages against a person or organisation that causes physical damage to your leisure home.

Costs to defend a criminal prosecution brought against you arising from your ownership or use of your leisure home.

Costs to pursue or defend a legal action arising from a breach of contract for the sale or purchase of your leisure home.
