The Feefo Gold award applies to service to insurance policyholders who have holiday homes and cottages in the UK as well as holiday homes and apartments in Europe, plus holiday lodges and leisure lodges. We collected at least 50 reviews with an average rating of between 4.5 and 5.0 during 2017 in order to qualify for the award.
